</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Bella lo si intuisce dalla foto, ma di persona ha qualcosa di piu': molta grazia, dolcezza! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Un viso da bambina che fa molta tenerezza</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">e poi ti trasmette la passione per la sua pittura, il suo entusiasmo! ( per la sfoglia datevi da fare si impasta di buona lena!)</div><div style="text-align: center;">Esecuzione: </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Cuocere la zucca a vapore o al forno. Togliere buccia e semi, aggiungere gli amaretti finemente sbriciolati, un po' di mostarda mantovana ben senapata (succo e qualche foglia accuratamente sminuzzata), un pizzico di noce moscata e tanto parmigiano grattugiato da rendere consistente il tutto. </div><div style="text-align: center;">L'impasto, dopo essere stato ben lavorato, va lasciato riposare in luogo fresco per circa dodici ore, in modo che tutti i sapori possano amalgamarsi. </div><div style="text-align: center;">Con il ripieno si fanno poi palline del diametro di due centimetri, da distribuire su quadrati di sfoglia di circa dieci centimetri di lato che, per racchiudere il pesto, si piegheranno in due, ottenendo rettangoli con un lato doppio dell'altro.
